• Our warranty covers only non-human-caused workmanship or material defects (e.g., unintentional detachment or breakage not caused by misuse).
  
• The following are not covered by warranty/returns/exchanges:
  
  Damage caused by improper wear or care (e.g., discoloration from chemicals, cord deterioration from showering or swimming, breakage from pulling or external force).
  
  Personal preference reasons (e.g., the color or style is not as expected).
  
  Custom items without quality issues.
  
  Requests made beyond the return/exchange time limit.

• Due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the nature of handcrafted work, the actual color and texture may vary slightly from the images shown online. This is not considered a quality issue. Each bracelet has its own unique natural characteristics.
  
• Hand-strung beads may feature natural mineral patterns, growth marks, or slight size variations—this is part of their charm and uniqueness.
  

1. Inventory & Pre-Orders

• All items are handmade and available in limited quantities. If a product shows “Only 1 left,” we recommend placing your order soon.
  
• Some popular or custom items may require 3–7 business days to make. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

1. Material Characteristics Disclaimer
   

• Natural materials (such as stone, wood, shell): Each piece is naturally formed, so patterns, colors, and shapes will vary. Natural pits or mineral marks may be present—these are not defects, but proof of authenticity.
  
• Metal components (such as 925 silver, gold plating):
  
  Sterling silver: May naturally oxidize and darken over time. This is normal and can be restored with a silver polishing cloth.
  
  Plated or colored jewelry: Long-term wear and exposure to sweat or chemicals (skincare, perfume, etc.) may cause natural fading or wear of the plating. This is not a quality issue. We ensure every item is brand-new and in perfect condition when shipped.
  
• Stringing cord: Has slight elasticity, but please avoid pulling or stretching it forcefully over time.
  

1. Use & Care Warnings

• Please avoid wearing during: showering, swimming, sleeping, exercising, or doing housework. Prolonged contact with water, sweat, or chemicals (such as perfume, lotion, or bleach) may accelerate oxidation and wear.
  
• Store separately: When not wearing, place the bracelet in the included velvet pouch to avoid friction with other jewelry.
  
• Handle gently: Beaded bracelets are accessories, not durable tools. Avoid dropping, crushing, or allowing children to play with them.

• Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check all customization details (engraving text, style choices, etc.) before submitting.

• As custom items are made exclusively for you, once production begins, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of major quality issues.
  
• Custom content (such as engraving) is provided by you. Please ensure it is accurate and appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse to produce improper content.
