Our design and production team is based in Hainan, China. Each bracelet is hand-woven by artisans using traditional Nuo craftsmanship. From selecting materials to weaving and final inspection, we oversee every step—so what you receive is more than jewelry, it’s a warm and thoughtful creation.

After your order is confirmed, our artisans typically need 2–3 business days to carefully craft your bracelet. Before shipping, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it’s still missing, email liyicheng941012@gmail.com and we’ll check your order status right away.

Please double-check your wrist size and shipping address at checkout to ensure everything is correct. All items are handmade with limited stock—if you see “Only 1 left,” we recommend ordering soon. Some popular or custom pieces may take 3–7 business days to make, as noted on the product page.

International shipping typically takes around 15 days. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Actual transit times depend on the carrier.

First, check your spam or spam folder in your inbox; the system might be mistakenly sending a notification. If you still can't find it, your order information may be incomplete, and our customer service will contact you to provide the missing details. You can also send an email directly, and we will verify the order status as soon as possible.

We offer personalization for select styles, depending on the bracelet’s structure and the complexity of your idea. If you have a custom concept, please email liyicheng941012@gmail.com and we’ll discuss what’s possible.

Custom orders may have different pricing and production times than regular items. Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be canceled or changed, so please double-check all details (engraving text, style options, etc.). We’ll confirm the final details with you before making it.

Because custom items are made exclusively for you, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of major quality issues. All custom content is provided by you—please ensure it’s accurate and appropriate. We reserve the right to decline any improper requests.

We don’t recommend wearing your bracelet while exercising, swimming, or at the beach. Saltwater, pool chemicals, and sweat can damage the braided cord and metal components, and different gemstones vary in durability. You can view the full care guide on our website.

Daily Care Tips

1. Avoid wearing it while showering, sleeping, or doing housework. Prolonged exposure to water, sweat, skincare products, perfume, bleach, and other chemicals may speed up oxidation and wear.
   
2. When not in use, store it separately in the included velvet pouch to prevent scratches from other jewelry.
   
3. Beaded bracelets are delicate accessories—not tools. Avoid dropping, crushing, or impact, and keep away from children.
   

Material Notes

• Natural materials (stone, wood, shell, etc.) vary in texture, color, and shape. Small natural pits or mineral marks are normal and part of each piece’s unique character.
  
• 925 sterling silver may naturally oxidize and darken over time; this is normal and can be polished with a silver cloth.
  
• Gold-plated or color-plated pieces may experience gradual plating wear with long-term contact with sweat or chemicals; this is normal wear, not a quality issue. We ship all items in brand-new condition.
  
• The braided cord has slight elasticity—please avoid pulling hard to prevent damage.
  

If the style you're interested in is temporarily out of stock, please contact customer service. We will help check if there is any stock available or recommend similar alternatives. Restocking some popular styles may take 2-4 weeks. You can also leave your contact information, and we will notify you as soon as the item arrives.

How to handle urgent orders? For orders placed for urgent occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or parties, please send an email immediately after payment with the note "Urgent Order". We will prioritize production and usually complete and ship within 1-2 business days. The final delivery speed depends on the actual delivery status of the courier company.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Any such fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please review your local customs policy before purchasing. We package every order with care, but in rare cases extreme shipping conditions may cause damage. If this happens, please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately.

Warranty & After-Sales Policy

Our warranty covers non-human-caused defects in workmanship or materials (e.g., unintended breakage or detachment under normal use). The following are not covered by warranty, returns, or exchanges:

1. Damage caused by improper wear or care, including discoloration from chemicals, cord deterioration, or breakage due to pulling/impact.
   
2. Preference-based reasons, such as minor differences in color, texture, or style compared with product photos (natural variations may occur).
   
3. Custom-made items without quality issues.
   
4. Requests made after the return/exchange window has expired.
   

Due to screen display, lighting conditions during photography, and the nature of handmade production, the actual color and texture of the product may differ slightly from the images on the website. This is not a quality issue; each bracelet possesses unique natural qualities. Handmade beads may exhibit natural mineral textures, growth marks, or slight size variations, which is precisely what makes them so charming.

Please refer to our Size Measurement Guide before placing your order. You are responsible for providing accurate size information. If the size is incorrect due to your own measurement, returns and exchanges will be subject to relevant regulations.

Of course! You just need to indicate "prefers a loose fit" in the order notes when placing your order, or contact our customer service to explain your needs after placing your order. A friendly reminder: please be sure to provide your actual wrist measurement, and do not estimate the size after loosening it yourself. If your measurement is close to 7.25 inches, just submit that value directly to avoid the bracelet being too loose and affecting the fit.

To avoid the hassle of returns and exchanges due to incorrect sizing, we suggest you try to find out the recipient's approximate wrist size or their usual jewelry wearing comfort level. If you can't know this, we can provide you with general size references: 15-17cm is typical for women's everyday wear, and 18-20cm for men. If the recipient is thinner, you can subtract 0.5cm; if they are more robust, you can add 0.5cm. Due to the special nature of bracelet sizes, returns and exchanges for non-quality issues due to incorrect sizing can be relatively complicated. Please refer to our suggestions and choose carefully to avoid affecting the gift-giving experience.

Because our bracelets are handmade with natural beads, we use your wrist measurement as the main reference to ensure the best fit and comfort:

1. Natural bead size varies slightly. Even beads labeled the same size can differ a bit, which affects the final bracelet length.
   
2. Handcrafted work has small tolerances. Different stringing techniques may result in minor length differences, so a fixed “finished length” can’t guarantee a perfect fit.
   
3. We adjust for you. Based on your wrist size, we fine-tune the bracelet during production to match your hand shape—something fixed-length bracelets can’t achieve.
