Shipping Information

Delivery Time Notice: Our estimated international shipping time is 15 business days. This timeframe does not include customs clearance and may be affected by public holidays or unexpected delays. Thank you for your patience.

Tracking Information: Within 24 hours after you place your order, we will provide a tracking number and a tracking link so you can follow your parcel updates in real time.

Customs & Duties Reminder: Depending on the customs policy of your destination country, your parcel may incur import duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover any related customs fees.

Delivery Notes: Please keep your phone available so the courier can contact you for delivery if needed. If delivery fails or the parcel is returned due to being unreachable, additional fees may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

Lost Parcel: If the carrier’s official tracking confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a free reshipment or a full refund. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Delayed Parcel: If your parcel has not been delivered after 30 days, you may choose to continue waiting or request a full refund. We do not provide additional compensation beyond the refund.

Wrong Item Sent: Please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will cover the shipping cost and arrange an exchange or replacement, with no extra cost to you.

Returns for Personal Reassons: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, please contact us within 7 days. Items must be unused and in original, intact packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
